We are accepting volunteers for 2022

Bearing in mind that we are still in challenging times and that things may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

All passengers:

• Will need to wear face coverings, unless medically exempt.
• Inform the office if they show any signs of Covid prior to or after a trip.

To make sure that everybody gets a chance to go with us on our trips they will not be allocated on a first come first served basis.

We will allocate the seats on the various trips so that as many people as possible get to go.

To register your interest:

• Phone the office and let Rita know which trips you are interested in.

• We will phone you back as soon as we can to let you know which trips you have been booked onto.

• Closer to your trip date we will phone again to give you an approximate minibus pick-up time.

• There are limited spaces on all trips and from past experience people will drop out, so we will be operating waiting lists.

• The fare shown is for transport only.

• If you do need to cancel a trip, please give us as much notice as possible by phoning the office at any time.
